Examples of our Work
- A client’s IT department was using Redmine, an open source project management tool, as a ticket system, and desired increased usage of the tool by end-users. Since the user interface of Redmine was overbearing and complex, an alternative form was created and linked to Redmine via a REST API service. End users need only navigate to the main IT portal, and click on the “Report” button to file a request, rather than logging in and navigating Redmine.
