In addition to core modules (Configuration and User Self-Service), Mercury can be extended to add features and functionality.
Mercury currently has three official extensions: Net Center, Service Center, Facilities Management, Configuration. The following sections will detail each extension in-depth.
Before continuing, it is recommended that you set up Roles that will assign access to the various parts of Mercury. At the very least, you should give the ‘Administrator’ role all permissions, which will let you see everything.
